Disney Trip: Chorus/Choir Students (Teacher LOTH)
This donation covers the cost of the Disneyland trip for your student in CHOIR class.
Please refer to the form sent home with the student for more details.
For cards option, please enter your credit card info at checkout.
For checks, please enter all the information online, add to the shopping cart and then at checkout choose "Pay at school with Cash/Check", complete the Disney form and send it along with the check(s) to your student's music teacher.
Forms and donations are due by December 1st, 2025.

Please note: We will be unable to provide refunds to students or chaperones in the event of illness, discipline issues, insufficient grades, and/or unforeseen conflicts. Should parents or chaperones wish to purchase trip insurance, you may do so through our travel agent. Refer to the details mentioned in the letter brought by your student.
