Our 8th graders are about to graduate and transition to high school! Let's come together to celebrate this exciting milestone with their friends and peers. As part of our ongoing tradition, the Windemere Ranch PTSA is organizing a special celebration for the Class of 2025.
This ticket grants an entry to one person to an unforgettable evening filled with fun activities, dinner, snacks, desserts, live entertainment, access to a digital photo album covering the event (individual photos may or may not be taken), a surprise swag bag, and memories to last a lifetime.

- Time: 7:30pm to 10:00pm
- Location: Windemere Ranch Middle School
- Ticket Price: $82 - includes souvenir shirt, swag bag, dinner, dessert, refreshments, activities, live DJ, photo booth

- This event is open ONLY to WRMS 8th Graders
- You can purchase tickets for upto TWO 8th Graders in your family on Future Fund Store.
- Tickets will be delivered to those who purchased closer to the event day.
- SOUVENIR SHIRT ONLY OPTION - $15 IF NOT PURCHASING REGULAR ADMISSION: If your student can’t attend the event but wants a souvenir shirt (often worn on the End of Year trip or for autographs), you can purchase it for $15 with the "SOUVENIR SHIRT ONLY OPTION." Payment instructions are the same as below, and you can select the shirt size during checkout. This is optional and available for those interested.

All fields except Photo upload are mandatory on the form. However, if photos are provided, it might allow us to create customized items for the student as part of the Swag Bag. ONLY STUDENTS WHOSE PARENTS PROVIDED THE RSVP and PHOTOS BY APRIL 2ND, WILL GET CUSTOMIZED SOUVENIRS, IF PLANNED ANY.
2. Complete Future Fund Store Transaction and submit payment
OR anyone who may require financial assistance, please reach out to school office before April 2nd.

No spots can be confirmed until both these steps are completed on or before April 2nd, 2025.
Required documents to participate:
- Windemere Ranch PTSA Waiver
- WRMS Student ID: to be presented at the Gate with along with the ticket.
Payment Options:
- Pay via Future Fund (credit/debit card)
- Check payments: Write check payable to - "WRMS PTSA", with "8th Grade Promo" and your student's full name in the remarks section and drop the check to school office in the designated "8TH GRADE PROMOTION CHECK BOX" provided at the school. PLEASE DO NOT COMBINE ANY OTHER PAYMENTS for your child WITH THIS CHECK AND DO NOT DROP ANY CASH PAYMENTS. PTSA is not accepting any cash for this event and won't be responsible for any cash. Thank you for your understanding.
- Financial Assistance: If you would like to request for financial assistance to join this event, please complete RSVP step 1 above and contact the School Admin Office. The PTSA will work closely with the school to ensure that every student who wishes to participate can do so in complete privacy. This would allow us to have an accurate count of participants while ensuring privacy for all the families. Please note that the April 2nd RSVP deadline applies to all students, so that we can plan for an accurate number of participants.
We are excited to have each and every of our 8th grade students participate in this celebration but we need an accurate count to help us plan effectively and minimize waste, hence request your help by completing the above steps by April 2nd. NO LATE REGISTRATION OR ENTRY AT THE GATE WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR THIS EVENT. Appreciate your understanding and co-operation with this.
Important Notes:
- RSVP and Ticket Purchase Deadline: April 2, 2025. No last-minute requests or gate entries will be accepted.
- This ticket purchase is a payment for goods and services for the event and does not qualify for a donation receipt as it is not eligible for tax deduction as per the IRS rules for non-profits.
- No Swag Bag for Late RSVPs: Swag bags and personalized items, if any planned, will not be available for students who do not RSVP and pay by the deadline.
- T-shirt Sizes: Customization and t-shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed after the April 2nd deadline. No changes to shirt sizes will be possible after this date.
- Waivers Required: Complete the attached Google form and the participation waiver, which includes consent for event photography.
- This event is organized exclusively for 8th graders; no guests are allowed. All ticket sale proceeds will go toward planning celebrations for the 8th grade promotion.
Event Check-In: Students will need to check in with:
- Their Student ID
- A digital/printed ticket
Terms & Conditions: By purchasing this ticket, both the parent and student agree to the following terms:
- No weapons, drugs, or alcohol are allowed before, during, or after the event.
- Students deemed under the influence or a danger to themselves or others will be escorted home, and parents or law enforcement will be contacted.
- Students must check themselves out at the gate before leaving the event. Once released from the event, re-entry is not allowed.
- By attending, you consent to photos and videos being taken, which may be shared publicly.
Refund Policy:
There will be no refunds after April 2nd, 2025. Any granted refunds will be subject to Future Fund fees.
